How does pricing work?
Your cost has four parts: a one-time setup fee, a monthly base fee, token usage based on actual AI activity, and storage. All four are added together for your monthly invoice.

After setup you get one API key. Drop it into your website, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform. Full instructions are on the deployment page.

You get a 3-day grace period. After that your API key pauses — your dashboard stays fully accessible so you can sort out the payment. Everything resumes the moment the invoice is paid.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can fully wipe your account from your dashboard settings at any time. Note that payments already made are non-refundable per our payment policy.
