Terms of Service

Terms governing account access, service use, billing, deployment, and client responsibilities.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the service, including account creation, setup, deployment, billing, support, account control, and client responsibility for the way the service is used on a website.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using the service, paying for the service, or continuing to operate the service after activation, the client agrees to these Terms of Service and to the related service policies.

These Terms should be read together with the Payment Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

The service provides a managed path for creating, configuring, activating, and operating an AI assistant connected to a client's own website and account path.

The service includes account creation, setup flow, dashboard access, document upload and knowledge-base preparation, activation path, deployment path, billing structure, and support availability as described across the platform.

3. Eligibility to use the service

The service may be used by any person or organization that is able to create an account, operate a website, and comply with these Terms and the related policies.

The service is not limited only to traditional registered companies, but the client remains responsible for lawful and proper use of the service and for the material and information connected to the account.

4. Client responsibility for uploaded material and business information

The client is responsible for the documents, data, business material, business descriptions, and account information provided through the dashboard and service flow.

The client is also responsible for the correctness, relevance, and appropriateness of the business information used for the knowledge-base path and the website deployment path.

If the client uploads incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable material, the client accepts responsibility for the consequences of that material in relation to the service path and assistant behavior.

5. Client responsibility for website use and deployment

The client is responsible for how the service is used on the client's own website and for how the assistant is presented, deployed, and relied upon through the client's public-facing environment.

Support may help with guidance, but the client remains responsible for the operation of the client's own website, the business context in which the service is used, and the decisions made around deployment and business use.

6. Prohibited use

The client must not use the service for abuse, unlawful conduct, misleading deployment, intentional misuse, or attempts to break, bypass, attack, overload, or improperly manipulate the system.

The client must not use the service in a way that creates deliberate harm, violates applicable rules, or interferes with the integrity, stability, or controlled operation of the platform.

7. Billing, overdue balances, and service limits

Service access and active operation are tied to billing status and the payment structure described in the Payment Policy. ARIA does not offer refunds on setup fees, monthly base fees, or usage charges that have already been processed.

Access may be limited, paused, or removed where billing is overdue, where abuse is detected, or where the client violates these Terms or related policies.

The detailed billing path, including setup payment, monthly base fee, usage billing, overdue balances, grace period, and AI pause behavior, is explained on the Payment Policy.

8. API key responsibility

The client is responsible for keeping the API key secure after it is issued through the activation path.

If the client loses the key, suspects misuse, or experiences an access problem, the client must contact support as soon as possible.

The client must not intentionally expose or misuse the deployment key or use it outside the permitted deployment structure of the service.

9. Support availability and limits of support

Support is available to help with setup, onboarding, billing questions, deployment guidance, and related service issues.

Support availability does not transfer responsibility for the client's own business operation, website operation, uploaded information, or deployment decisions away from the client.

10. Account deletion and end of live service path

The client may delete the account through the platform where that functionality is provided.

When the client performs a full account deletion, the live service path for that account ends. Visitor data collected through the AI assistant during the subscription period may be retained by ARIA internally, as described in the Visitor Data Policy. If the client later returns, the client begins again as a new account path under the service structure then in effect.

11. Service changes and updates

The service may be improved, updated, modified, reorganized, or adjusted over time as part of product development, operational improvement, provider changes, billing updates, security improvement, or service evolution.

Continued use of the service after applicable updates may be treated as continued use under the updated service structure, subject to the governing policies and terms in effect.

12. Relationship to policies

These Terms do not operate alone. The service also follows the Payment Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Visitor Data Policy.

By proceeding with payment or continued use, the client accepts the service structure as described across those related pages.
